2012 Chronicle

Work on the 2012 Chronicle has begun!  The yearbook staff was very pleased with the positive feedback regarding the 2011 publication and will continue try to make beneficial changes to the book, including maintaining a full-color hardcover book.  This is now our fourth year of a  Spring Supplement which includes senior write-ups, all spring sports, Graduation, Baccalaureate, prom and spring performances in 32 extra pages.   This way the entire year will be sold at once and not carried over to the following year.  Be sure to order your supplement to have the entire year’s memories together.  (The 2011 Spring Supplement was recently distributed.)  We continue to work hard to keep our prices low in comparison to other schools in the area!

Senior Portraits & Baby Pictures:  The senior section will be in full color again this year.  All portraits are due to Mrs. Aube by October 3rd.  The deadline cannot be extended FOR ANY REASON.  Pictures must be brought or mailed to Mrs. Aube in the main office and may be in any size.  Please also submit a picture from childhood which will go on the same page as senior pictures by October 3rd.  It is also acceptable to email your picture as a jpeg file to paube@coebrown.org. 

If you include a SASE with your picture, it will be returned to you promptly.

Yearbook Sales:  Yearbooks will not be sold in school this year.  You can expect to receive mailings directly to your home in late September with instructions to purchase your book.  This new format allows the use of credit cards and ordering through the mail, the phone or internet.  Yearbooks can also be customized with names on cover, additional autograph pages and the supplement.

Parent Ads:  You may purchase a full color ad for your student with a special message and photo(s).  The prices are as follows: 1/8 page: $50, ¼ page: $80, ½ page: $130, full page: $180.  Please send check and photos/text to Ms. Lasky at the school or email her: clasky@coebrown.org.   Please send your ad in as soon as possible.
